Shelfmart's factory is based in Christchurch. The company's original purpose was to recycle second hand shelving and keep the puchase price as economic as possible.
Early market demands soon exceeded Shelfmart's second-hand supply so new shelving products were sourced from overseas to meet the growing demands.
Shelfmart supplies mostly commercial and Industrial shelving of the highest standards and work with companies that are rated 'world leaders' and have an ISO 9001 recognition.
Shelfmart's customer base continues to grow and covers New Zealand. Almost all assembly is done inhouse to enable ease of delivery and installation.
